Delay in replacing battery, Extremely poor response from customer care
It is a nightmare trying to reach the Pure It Customer care helpline to place orders for the battery kits or to make any complaints. They changed their numbers without intimating it to their customers. There is an inordinate delay in delivering the battery kit. And now, I am told that they have changed the model of the long life battery, and it can only be fixed with a washer, which, of course, the company has run out of stocks.
I just got off the phone after trying to reach their customer care helpline in vain for ages, only getting a recorded message and music in response.
How do I go ahead from here?

Delayed for replacement of Battery Kit
I had report to pure it line regarding replacement of battery kit for my pure it water purifier on 2nd October 2009. Again on 07.10.09 & 09.10.09, i had a discussion with your pure it representative to Help line No. 9230500500 regarding non response of replacement for Battery Kit. But still today no representaive came & replace the battery Kit. My consumer Id is 1926276663 and two enquiry no. given from your coustomer care department are 09ASL0423005541 & 091586027. I don't have any other purifier, so please replace the battery kit as on warfoot basis as because of poor quality of water may harm health of my family member.
