inconvenience in delivery
hello sir these is to inform you.that we had subscribed your newspaper which had give scheme for a year.and we were supposed to give the coupons every month.as we used to do the same.but now the vendor has asked some extra charge(10 to 15 rupees)which we were not informed earlier.he complains that he has to walk all the way to third floor which he cannot.and if we do not do so he willl stop putting newspaper on our door.as soon as we have subscribed these we are getting the vendor problems.i think these is my second or third complaint againt vendor.
so its my humble request for you to see upon the matter.and get me solved out of it.hoping for a positive feedback from your side

Coupons not received
I, Harish Sanghwal residing in Ghatkopar (w), Mumbai, had opted for teh scheme HT @ 199 for the newspaper coupons where the payments was made in March 2011 but have received the coupons till date. I have applied for it vide ID no.: R0074320 to Sudhirwani - the vendor.
Please tell me when can I expect to receive the coupons or what step to be adopted to receive it..

COUPAN NOT RECEAVED
DEAR SIR .I AM MASOOD SHAIKH HAVE PAYED RS-149/ IN FAVOUR OF HT MEDIA PVT LTD ON 8 APRIL 2011 FOR ONE YEAR HINDUSTAN TIMES NEWS PAPER SUBSCRIPTION VIDE FORM NO-665929.HOWEVER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT DID NOT GET MY COUPON.
I CALLED REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE BUT DID NOT GET ANY ANSWER

Regarding Subscription
Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly find herewith file containing my subscription details inorder
to subscribe for HT copy for the year. Also enclosing, bank statement
copy.
You can see that the cheque had been issued on 09-12-2010. But the
same had been deposited on 30-12-2010. Since I did not have
insufficient funds in the account on 30th December, I was fined for
cheque bounce Rs. 386/- for the same. How would I know that HT won't
deposit the cheque within few days. Sachin, the person who visited my
place did not inform me of any such thing.
I really dont understand why did you not deposit the cheque within
next 2-3 days after the same had been issued. The details of the
person from HT who visited to collect the cheque is given below:

I spoke with Sachin, he said he is not responsible for the same and
asked me to take up this matter with you. I also sent SMS but received
no calls.
Request you to do the needful and refund the amount of Rs. 386/-.

Coupons not received even after 5 months
I got the annual subcription of Rs293 for Hindustan Times > My cheque got encahed on 14th Oct, 2010.Till date I have not receieved the Coupon booklet.

Non receipt of HT subscriptioncoupons
It is more than one month since I presented my cheque for annual subscription of Hindustan Times (Form No: 901215).
Even after repeated reminders by email and phone,
I have not got my coupons.
I understand the coupons have been wrongly delivered to some other person. HT neither issues me coupons nor refunds the money.
