I have paid a cheque and ordered for the coupons of hindustan times newspaper since august 2009 but i have not yet received the coupons and when ever i call there is only one reply that it will reach to your newspaper vendor directly but even the newspaper vendor has not received it and due to good relation he has been waiting and supplying the newspaper regularly but now he has also stopped suppling it saying that he cant wait any longer.
