I purchased 2 jars of antifungal cream & 20 jars of the cream around 12/31/2009 and received my package within 10 days. Then I made another purchase 2/3/2010 and was premise my shipment would be send out in 1 week, which would be around 3/10/20. I used the cream 1/09/2010 to 3/7/2010 from my first 2 orders and gave out. In 2 month the cream had not healed. I started using a chinese cream on 3/7/2010 and my ringworms had dried up in a week and I still had not received my package. The post man left the package on 3/14/2010 so I took it back to the post office on 3/18/2010, but guess what the postal worker brought it back and I told her to return to sender dated and initaled by me on the package.
paypal gave me a claim #PP924778637 and turn right around and closed my claim. I called paypal right back and got a new claim #PP924809813, and tranaction #64K09429RS6256518 & 3C7726614E6774241 so I am wondering if they are going to close this claim too.
