Secondly, when you call your offices in Midrand - Gauteng it takes forever for someone to pick up the line with absolutely no eager customer ethic, it takes even longer to get transferred to Sales again your experience is short, blunt and distasteful. I now realize why the other popular brands enjoy such good market share, they are customer focussed and really deliver on their word.
