I went ahead and call the company right away, even thou the driver affirmed that they usually do this and will mail the other one soon . Well I called themm right away and they made it aqllright- but, now around 12/19/2010 received another order that incomplete orde- and they have not answered my questions- and the orer was from INVOICE 247713 it supposed to be 4 boxes Of Fruit plan ( some capsules to loose weight and they only sent two boxes. ALSO, THEY WERE TO SEND TO teo "frascos of reduce cream slim green cream 2oz. and only rceived one. Also un VALE de descuento a 100.00, y un libreto or instructiones or guia de nutrition. tampoco estaba it was not in the box- todod p[or el costo de 209.00- It WAS a IN MY OPINION A BIG FRAUD- BIG ROBO> Q' desilusion!!

y la bateria no cargaba trate de contactarme con ellos 3 dias continuos pero nadie me resolvio el problema y solo me decian ya le vamos a regresar la llamada pero nunca lo hicieron, para mi es una compania muy mala y de mal servicio al cliente yo se que le duele a uno perder el dinero, pero lo unico que puedo decir que ojala que muchas personas puedan ver estas notas para que no caigan en manos de estas companias estafadoras,

This company where you buy products on TV, named Hispanic global way, I bought 2 pairs of shoes and they sent the wrong sized, I return the product to get the correct sized. They said they have been trying to contact me to discus the problem, I asked them when do they call they told me at 3 different dates at working hrs. I explained to them that we all work and I had no messages in my answering machine. They refuse to return my money after the product was return to the company, really bad customer service, when contacted via phone they hang up the phone on me several times, and once I got to talk to some one they clearly said that they don't return any money to the customers.
