Has anyone heard or seen of any documentation that would indicate that HIT was really going out of business? Any documentation that might have notified customers or employees? Or even the state that they were going out of business?

Since Leah Young is the one that would have drafted the documentation and that Sonny Olsen is ONLY the registered agent and useless then maybe KSL would be interested in assisting in finding such documents????
