I agree these people are complete crooks. What they are doing is nothing short of imbezzlement and criminal in nature. To make it worse, they send their receipts and paperwork via US Mail. I know of other cases where those actions have under US Postal laws constituted mail fraud. However, it does no good just saying they are criminals. We have to show that they are.

Now, what are you going to do about it? Personally, I'm going to START by launching a complaint with the Provo, UT police department and then the UT division of the FBI. I suggest you do the same. There is success in numbers in situations like this. The Provo, UT police department can be contacted below as well as the UT division of the FBI. Its nothing but a letter and possibly a phone call on your part and you can probably remain anonymous if you choose.

We can not sit back and just gripe about being ripped off. To stop these guys, we have to take action. The police department won't listen too much to just one or two of us, so to make it work EVERYONE needs to do this who has had a negative interaction with HIT.
