OMG! I have been had by this company! I had a site built last year in May and I couldn't get tech support to help me with my shopping cart. So, I asked them to take it down so that I can figure it out myself. Accounting kept calling me about hosting fees for my site and i told them Im not going to be paying for fees when I don't have a live site. These Crooks took down my site that I paid 800.00 for. I don't have this kind of money to give to anyone. They talked to me like I was nothing when I told them I was in the hospital and How could I call Angela Rebeck or Kelli Cook back! This smart a** told me fax him the proof that you were in the hospital and I will reactivate the site. How can they get away with stealing peoples' monies! I paid for that site so how can you just take it away from me. Hosting fees should not been a topic of conversation when it wasn't a live site! I'm gonna find out how I can get my hard earn money back! This is my 2nd income and they are not even answering the phone! Has this scam finally caught up with them?
