Ugh. What a horrible way to run a business. I ordered many parts from them including 3 hard drives. When my shipment got here I only had 2. Called them up, they told me they were on it, and they would call me back. OK, a week later not hearing anything from them I called back. "There on it" they say, so i ask to speak to the manager. In broken Chinese English I can make out something, not sure, but I think I am reassured that there on it again, & as to be expected that they will call back. Another week passes (are you beginning to see a pattern here?) So I call them back, ask to talk to the manager. Finally get some other manager on the line (I can understand this one) and he tells me he hasn’t heard my tale of woe, that I was speaking to some floor manager, and not the head manager. Ugh. All I want is my drive. This manager tells me to find the shipment sheet and tell me the weight (like he can magically decipher the weight on my sheet and the copy of his sheet and will suddenly see the error)I tell him he says nope it was shipped. I correct him. He tells me there is nothing that they can do, and its a problem for UPS. Get this, this guy tells me I have to take the BOXES to the UPS head office so they can inspect them. Well that would be great but they were tossed out 3 weeks ago! Well again he tells me there is nothing he can do. So I finally write them a nasty email telling them that I will post their name and the SHI@@Y service I have received all over this nation. Within minutes I get a call from the head manager, apologizing & sending my hard drive. Never order anything from these guys, if you hear their name, run (don’t walk), run in the opposite direction.
