I downloaded a game: "Thomas and Friends Special Delivery" for my grandson. My credit card was charged for it. At the time I was not aware that the transactaion was going through TM Netgames Seattle.
When I tried to run the game, it would not run. There was no .exe file attached to it to run it. I contacted HITT Entertainment, and was told I would get a callback. They apparently have no customer service department.
I have downloaded 2 other games through Netgames, from 2 different sources (iWin and Valusoft) and have had no problems with those games. I don't think I will ever get a refund.
