Constantly ordering wrong parts
We have been going into our 4th month with a broken air conditioning unit. HMS has been contacted numerous time, which resulted to non-call back, ordering wrong parts constantly, using horrible contractors who never gets the job done but yet, HMS wants to collect monies quickly.
HMS never calls back like they say they will n=but, I will get a status or movement after I do a status check. They have no cares in the world about the paying customers and cutomers in need. We have been living in 95 degree weather and they just dont care about the customer.

Fraudulent charge
I ORDERED A MOVIE THROUGH HMS AND NOTICED THAT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR TH MOVIE AND AN ADDITIONAL $19.95.
I CALLED AND ASKED THAT THE CHARGE BE REMOVED AND WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE.
I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE ALL IN A MEETING.
I ASKED FOR ANOTHER TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THAT.
THEY ARE CLEARLY CROOKS - BEWARE!

Illegal Bank Withdrawl
I checked my bank account and found that HMS withdrew $19.95 from my checking account without my authorization on the 8th of this month. August 8, 2009. I would request that the amount of $19.95 be put into my account so I can return it to the bank. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. Thank you, Deborah K. Blocker

Unauthorized monthly charges
I was charged 12.00 for a movie but now they have charged me a second time and I am unable to get to the website again to stop the charges. I went to my bank and they said to contact the company first then if I am not satisfied with their actions I can file a fradulant billing action against them and the bank will investigate. In the meantime what is stopping them from charging me for something else?

Fraudulent Membership Charges
I order a movie online from HMS movies for $10.14 on 6/19/09. On 07/22/09, I decided to check the recent transactions on my credit card online. I saw a pending charge to HMS Movies for $19.95. I then checked my last month transactions and saw that not only had I been charged for the movies I ordered, I was also charged an un-authorized fee of $19.95. When I checked my account at the HMS website, I saw that it was a monthly membership fee! I did not sign up for this. When I contacted the company, they said that the terms for purchasing from them was clearly explained on the order check out and I had a 3 day free "trial" period in which I could have chosen to cancel the Membership but didn't. Therefore they are refusing to remove the charge from June but as a " courtesy" will give me a credit for the charge for July, since I'd already cancelled the "Membership" yesterday! I saw nothing on that website that even hinted that this was a so-called "Membership" club and know that once again I have been ripped-off!

Claim denied. Did not fix my heater
My heater broke down. Called HMS. a technician came and said the blower was blown out. Needed approval from HMS to carry on.
HMS denied the claim on the basis that I had not been maintaining the heating unit as required.
I protested but with no avail.
I believed that I had been ripped off by H.M.S. The reason I carried insurance is in case of unforseen circunstances. I think they just looked for a reason to deny the claim.
