I paid in advance for a chalet which i assumed is as nice as many other chalets that i have been to. However, on arrival, the place was dirty, very old and extremely unappealing.The bathroom was in a terrible condition.I phoned the agent (Gerda van Schalkwyk) to inform her that i was not at all happy with the place and seeing as tho i have already paid in full, i would like a better chalet. She told me that was impossible. i then asked her, if i leave will you fully refund me? yes of course, she assured me.One week later, i did not receive a cent from her.I contacted my lawyer who advised me to send her a formal email regarding the matter.The following day i received only some of the money.I was then advised to take her to the small claims court for the rest of the money.i was courteous enough to inform her of my actions, but she still has not refunded me. Gerda Van Schalkwyk's attitude was extremely bad and sometimes even threatening. She is a terrible agent and i don't recommend ANYONE to stay at any of her chalets. She will rob you for your hard earned money!

No-one should give their business to such unscrupulous people. Shame on you Gerda and Holiday 365!
