did not deliver product
i received a brochure in the mail. after several months, i called to make a purchase of a timeshare unit. i had not seen any complaints. my original "counselor" was no longer there so i was paired with a wendy knudson. she called me back. i gave her my credit card over the phone and she sent me forms to sign. i signed and faxed back. have not heard a word since then. no return calls nor email. silence. i will be taking this further.
they are thieves. scam artists.

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional
I entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Holiday Group in September 2009. Sale still was not complete 9 months later. I wanted to visit the property in June 2010, maintenance fee paid, and week scheduled. Never received confirmation after numerous phone calls and emails. My sales rep blamed staff at resort. Followed up with resort to receive confirmation and was informed sale was refused back in March. Catherine Gua from Holiday Group 'did some checking' and confirmed sale was refused. Resort has first right of refusal. I was informed by Catherine that 'it must have slipped through the cracks'. Now I am waiting to receive reimbursement on my initial investment and was informed it will take 3 to 4 weeks.
The staff at Holiday Group is unresponsive and unprofessional. Communication was not returned once they realized their error and that the timeshare will no longer be transferred. I am dealing with a employee from customer service that is working on my refund. She remains the only person to respond by email or phone.
