Due to the airport not accepting flights to London Heathrow on Dec 20th, 2010, I was unable to go to London.
Expidia attempted to contact and the hotel a day early to in an attempt to cancel my reservation, the hotel's responce was, sorry we can't the reservation was non-refundable and so we will not refund.
After I filed a complaint with Holiday Inn the hotel responce was we chaged you because of no show.
