I made an advance reservation at the Holiday Inn Olathe, KS with my credit card. I was told three times leading up to the night of August 14th that I could cancel and my credit card would be refunded. I never even stayed the night at the hotel and canceled three times before that night. This is clearly a rip-off!!!
