I normally stay at the holiday inn prattville al. 2-3 days a week and have for almost 6 months. Needless to say everyone that works the front desk knows my face, if not me by name. I have a special rate of 75.00 per night and was charged 115.15 for thursday night the 27th of august. No One there noticed the mistake until after they had run my credit card AND I NOTICED IT. I am now stuck in prattville with 2.00 because the front desk of this hotel was not paying attention and trying to scam me into paying more than I normally pay.

Also, Sandy the asst. manager was rude, would cut me off before i finished a sentence, when i brought this to her attention. She said she was sorry but in that classic sarcastic way.

Needless to say I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOLIDAY INN AGAIN.

Hopefully someone in charge will see this and deal with both the overcharge and sandy.
