From the moment we stepped into the Resort, we were offered low class service. Once we arrived to the room, it was filled with worms over the kitchen, and bathroom floors, even on top of the beds! We then went to go complaint to the managers and they did not want to offer us another room, they were considering us crazy and that we were the ones who brought the bugs in the room. After a great argument, they charged us double a night to stay in the ONLY room supposively available. When we arrived at the room, it looked clean from a far point of view, once we started walking, I noticed from far away a black dot on the handle of the refrigerator, when I got up close it was a cockroach!!! I got so disgusted and refused to even sleep in that hotel even if they were to give to me for free! When we slide the refrigerator to the side a nest of baby cockroaches came out, and my finance noticed a big cockroach on the night table next to the beds! I went very angry and disgusted to the front office and requested immediately my refund, in which they did not want to give me. The manager himself did not want to believe me. Finally, he up stairs with me so that I was able to prove to him what he offering to the public, and he says " there just cockroaches, they don't do anything, you guys want to bother me for no reason!" I got so upset when he mentioned that to me, all I replied was that I want my refund and that I would NEVER , EVER stay at that hotel in my life nor would I recommend it to anyone. Stay sleeping in the car rather than to bother yourself with this awful service and sanity.
