Does Not Deliver
We went to one of the sales pitch meetings with a promise of a 90 minute no high-pressure sales pitch. We were supposed to get 2 nights at a resort in Napa or a cruise at no cost. What we were told was we would have to pay $25.00 send the money in and do not call to confirm that they received it. They would get back to us. After repeated requests for the price while in this presentation, the only answer we could get was so many numbers of points. I asked how much a point was worth and they would not explain. After an hour, the closer came over and tried to pressure us into joining. Still no price. When I said, we wanted to think about it and review the contract we were told that we could not take the contract home to review. That we could just charge the cost to our credit card and they would break it into payments for us. Still no contract to review. It turned out that what they were selling actually totaled $86, 000.00 and if we wanted to upgrade it would cost more. Furthermore they claim to be regulated by the Department of Real Estate and I should not worry they were legitimate. I have been unable to determine if they are licensed by the DRE and if they are their license should be pulled. The people I feel sorry for is the Marine who was heading to Iraq who fell for this and was told she could bring her family to visit her in Saudi Arabia and the older couple that appeared to be in their 80's who signed up f0r this. As we were leaving a third closer tried to close us on purchasing, at this point we told him to get out of our way, we were leaving. This is definitely a fraud and buyers beware and do not waste your time.
