I contacted Holiday TV to repair my big screen, Marty came to the house diagnosed the problem and said it would cost $410.88 to get the part, he told me I could pay it all up front and get the part overnighted or I could give him half and it would take 2-3 weeks for the part to come in. I gave him $220.00 and said I could wait the 2-3weeks.
I began calling him about 1 week before the part was to come in to check the progress and see if we could set up a time for him to come and do the repair, after calling numerous times over a 5 day period I finally got ahold of him and he told me that he would be unable to fix my set as he was in a car accident and will be laid up for 16weeks, so I asked him to please send me the part when it comes in as he had the money for it, he said that he never ordered the part, so I told him I wanted the $220.00 back to this he said that he was broke and didn't have my money. Basically he said that I was out of luck. Mine is not the first complaint, I am contacting the BBB and other consumer reporting agencys...
