I ordered on 12/28 an item listed in the catalog. Called wrinkle terminator and some cream.

I received my print out and order number. It was supposed to be sent within two days. As of yesterday it still had not come. I sent three emails and left a phone message. No one has responded.

But they did have the nerve to send me an advertisement for some products. They obviously had my email. No great thing. Just an annoying business.
