I ordered and received a light fixture with a large BROKEN globe. I reported this to customer service on July 15, 2008. Today is Nov. 11, 2008 and I have still been unable to obtain a Return Authorization for this light fixture.
I have called and emailed, and was told on several occasions that the RGA was being 'processed' and that I would 'hear by the end of today, ' but I still do not have a response.
