My daughter took lessons through the Picasso Home Art School in October and November of 2008. In February of 2009 my credit card was charged $1088 for lessons we did not receive. I have made at least 7 attempts to talk with someone at Picasso and have been repeatedly ignored. The art teacher was great! The art school is a total scam
