Have paid Home Based Income Academy a startup amount with the understanding guarenteed by them your money back if the product is not for me. After receiving the details of the product, I started the first chapter of training. A few days after starting the training they deducted more money from my account. I realised that if they deducted money every week from my account without me completing training I will be bankrupt in 3 weeks! I am a single parent in an Africa country were the currency is at least 7 to 10 times more in comparison with the US $. I contacted HBIA to inform them of my decision not to continue with the program. They were accommodating but nothing has been done regarding my complaint. After further correspondence trying to claim my money back via e-mail, fax and phone, I was told to sent them via land-mail the claim of the evidence (form I had to complete), and then only will they pay me back. This was all done. After many many months and a year later - I still had not received any money back. How may suckers are paying for this service? And now they have the nerve to e-mail me again trying to get me to buy into this scam AGAIN!
