I have received terrible customer service from Samsung when trying to get my home cinema system repaired. It took me week to arrange a a repair and then it took 2 weeks for Samsumg to send through packaging and details for the collection. When calling them over them over the two week period i was told every time that the package would come with in the next two working days. I was told murderous versions of what would happen. When the package came it had no bubble rap or anything to fill in the voids in the box. Samsung clearly need to review there repair system because it just does not work. They should take a look at Acer, which gave great customer service, you simply call and book the recieve details for repair via email. Meaning you are not waiting on Samsung. Samsung are meant to be a well established company and should have good customer service, I will not be purchasing a Samsung product again. I recommend that you do not buy anything from Samsung unless you want it to break and then recieve crap customer service. Samsung are taking the piss out of there customers and should not be able to get away with it.
