Hi, I made a phone call to embard on the 14th of July. My compaint is that the people that were hired to deliver the Las Vegas yellow pages by Embark, stole a package worth 85 dollars from my front porch. You cannot see my front porch from the street, the only way you would know there was a package there is to walk up to the door as the people that delivered the phone book did on the 13th of July that was the day the mail man left my package at the door. I had had a heart attack and just gotten home from the hospital, so I ordered some things from Dr leonards to help me until I got stronger and these animals you people hired, left your damn yellow pages which mean nothing to me and stole my package. I had lived here along time and do all my shopping online and never had a package stolen. I want to know where you get these people and are they bonded or checked on? Or are you sending criminals to delivery your phone books. I also what to know what Embark plans on doing about this. Since I did not purchase the extra insurance they offered cause I never had needed it before. I cannot get a refund nor reorder for 30 days. I need my equipment and stuff that I bought to help me thru this trying time. I would expect whomever is responsible for those people to give me a call and let me know what they are going to do about this. I am not above notifiying the police to go to there house and check them out.
