fraud
Beware!!! I ordered an expensive dryer and waited 1 month for delivery. My credit card was charged immediately. I received nothing. I called and was given a 30 day delivery date. That came and went with no dryer. I wish I had read this blog before using the company. Don't make my mistake. Avoid Home Everything at all costs.

terrible business practices
Big mistake ordering from this sleezy company. I should have checked reviews before ordering but their price and free shipping was attractive. March 25, 2011 I ordered a range, and my account was charged the next day. I was told shipping would happen April 8th. The 8th came and went, no notification of shipment. I then got a notice that shipment would occur April 22nd. The 22nd came and went, no shipment and I was told that shipping would occur April 28th. I called Home Everything to cancel the order and was transfered to three different employees and placed on hold between each person almost an hour. I finally spoke to manager Dave who said he would knock off $100. from the price and guarantee shipping by the following Friday (I called on a Monday) if I did not cancel the order. Like a fool, I agreed. On Friday, I received an impending shipping notice. By the following Wednesday, the impending shipping notice had not changed so I called the shipper to find out where my range was. They advised that they had not even received authorization to pick up the range from Home Everything's warehouse. Not wanting to be on hold again for over an hour, I emailed Home Everything and again cancelled the order and demanded a refund. The next morning, I received a tracking number and email requesting me to pick a delivery date. The earliest date was May 3rd, 2011 which I chose. The range was finally delivered on the 3rd, 38 days after I ordered it. The delivery men were very nice and unpackaged the range from its box which appeared to be crushed and I discovered the right side of the range was bashed in. The damage appeared to be cosmetic and the delivery men offered to return the range but said that Home Everything might offer a discount if I kept the range. Knowing the problems I had even getting the range delivered, I knew it would be a daunting task to return the damaged range and either get a refund or replacement from Home Everything. I took photos of the damage, called and then emailed Homeeverything. Home Everything (Jamie) offered a $100. discount if I kept the range. I advised that would be acceptable assuming that the range was still safe to operate. I had a licensed and qualified gas installer check the range and certify that it was safe to operate so I emailed Jamie that the $100. discount would be acceptable. That was over a week ago and my account has not received the $100. credit. When I asked why I had not received the credit, I was told it would take several days. It only takes minutes to credit ones account so this is totally bogus and another attempt to hold on to my money as long as possible. I have now emailed Home Everything to either credit my account immediately or pick up the range. If ANYONE knowingly does business with this company, they need to have their head examined. Home Everything is the poster child for sleezy operations!

Fraud
BUYER BEWARE!!! Save yourself a headache--this is a SCAM. Horrible customer service/company. Here's the SCAM: Your credit card will be charged immediately by Pinnacle marketing group, they invest your money and put you off as long as they can until they absolutely have to refund your money. If you like to loan money without being paid interest, this is your company. Google them and you'll see the same story over and over again, . THEY HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY AND DELAY PRODUCT SHIPMENT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE UNTIL YOU GIVE UP, THEN DELAY YOUR REFUND. I'M REPORTING TO WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD CO. I was sold a Samsung washer and dryer on 3/27. They changed the delivery date twice without ANY explanation. Delivery was scheduled 4/13-18 and after those dates came and went they rescheduled on the website for 4/27-28. On 4/29, after missing the delivery date yet again and not receiving any email, I cancelled the order. 2 Open tickets were ignored. They have still not refunded my credit card ater multiple emails and phone calls (said it would take 5 business days to initiate the ELECTRONIC transaction!).

Bait and Switch
For nine months I have had to deal with the rude CS from HE. I learned my lesson. I thought I would give this place a try despite the negative reviews. As soon as I ordered my GE washer and dryer on June 11, 2010 I was charged on my Chase credit card the next day. I was emailed a shipment date of 2 weeks. Long story short after dozens of emails and speaking to Jason S. the inventory manager, (he refused to give me his last name), the washer arrived 10 weeks later in late August. Worst of all they shipped the wrong models. They were the cheaper models that differed by the last two letters in the model number. We discovered this after the shipper left and we signed for it. (The shipper refused to wait while we unboxed them.) We shipped them back at our expense and have yet to receive a refund for the return shipping and 15% restocking fee. Four weeks after shipping them back I did a chargeback to my Chase credit card for the purchase price because despite them saying the credit would go through, it never did. They are not worth the trouble. It is now March 25, 2011 and my credit card company said they cannot do a charge back on the shipping or 15% restocking fee because it was part of the sellers terms and conditions. They have the cheapest prices on the internet for a reason, they send you the wrong, cheaper, product and hope you will live with it. They have unethical business practices. There are no middle reviews here. The positive ones are written by them.

It is now March 2011 and my credit card company said they cannot do a charge back on the $249 shipping nor 15% restocking fee which Home Everything had the nerve to charge on my credit card because it was part of their terms and conditions. (I called the same day I received the shipment and Jason S., the HE manager, said "don't worry, he would take care of the charges") They have the cheapest prices on the internet for a reason, they send you the wrong, cheaper, product and hope you will live with it. Very unethical business practice. The only positive reviews on here are made from them. No wonder there is no middle review. I realize now that the negative reviews are all true.

Email sent to Home Everything:
Please tell me that ALL the negative reviews are NOT accurate unfortunately, I feel they are. I have been given such a run around and am growing quite frustrated. Ive spoken to customer service and have heard every excuse. I am a very patient person and understand extenuating circumstances but I was informed through customer service that my, (PAID IN FULL on February 15th, 2011) Refrigerator, would be shipped on Wed March 16th, 2011, I would rcv an email to confirm...NO EMAIL, NO REFRIGERATOR!
Deception, is the only word that comes to mind when I think of my Home Everything experience. I will be posting reviews of my experience. This is the FIRST time I have ever been "pushed" to this point. I have a great track record with all my other internet purchases. I do NOT appreciate being put into this position. I did my part...NOW do yours

Delivery & Service
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I bought a microwave from this website over 6 weeks ago. At first they said delivery would be in two weeks. When that time passed, I inquired and was told it would ship in 5-7 business days. After another 10 business days, I inquired again only to be told (again) it would shipped within 5-7 business days. It is now 6 weeks and 3 days since I ordered and still no microwave! I asking for a refund but do not expect good results.

Horrible Service
Where to start...1. Never ever buy from this company. After two months I found out this company sells scratch and dent models. They are not distributors and when they get an order they go out and try to find what the consumer ordered. I purchased a fridge, washer/dryer. All arrived late. No one could tell me why. Fridge and washer were damaged. Then the person who was handling my complaint (Jaime) went away for two weeks leaving me with no appliances. I finally was so fed up I ordered from another distributor who had the unit installed in 2 days. I requested that their company pay for the delivery and sales tax that I had to pay, since that's what I was supposed to get from Home Everything. He said he could not do that. He did say that he would extend my warranties for an add'l 5 years. I have nothing to date. You wait and wait on the phone. No one picks up. All you get is frustrated and the run around. Save yourself the time and trouble. Spend a little extra money. I moved my entire life, bought a new house, and was without a washer and dryer for 2 months. They seem obivious to your problems and apologize profusely, but do nothing to actually help you. Run from this company. I wish I had seen this complaint board before I ordered from this company. I thought they were 5 star. BS-I give them a 0 star.

Damaged Microwave
Stay far away from Home Everything, they are a bunch of crooks. I ordered a microwave from
them and it took seventeen days to receive it. When I opened the box I noticed dents on the
microwave and the inside light did not work. I tried to contact them to return the microwave and they kept putting me on hold and never came back to the phone. I contacted my credit card
company and they charged it back to Home Everything. At least they didn't get my money.
Home Everything sells scratch and dent items and refurbished items as if they are new. This is the first bad experience that I have had when ordering things on the internet.

I would never do business with a company that practices such deception again
I ordered a split AC unit. The description on the item on the web site listed both part numbers for the indoor and outdoor unit. When I received my item it was only the outdoor unit. I called the number listed on the web site and explained my problem. He told me it was just the outdoor unit. I told him the description of the item listed both indoor and outdoor unit model numbers. He put me on hold a long time. When he came back to the phone he told me to look at the web site, he said it did say Each Sold Separately. When I refreshed my web page all of a sudden it listed both part numbers and after them it now had 'Each Sold Separately'. I questioned him on it but he said (of course) that he did not do anything and had no idea that the web site was updated. Told me that I should have known for the price that it was not both. The price on the web site was within line with other web sites, but they were offering a limited time discount on that price that was about to expire. So I ordered from them because the extra discount made it a good deal. This was deceptive business practices. Updating the web site with me on the phone is unethical. He then told me I could return the unit but there would be a charge and he could not tell me how much it would be until the unit was received by them. Asked to speak to supervisor but told he was busy. Throughout the call he had a rude, $#*!y attitude, offered no solution to my problem. Did not even mention the price of the other unit that I would need. I would never do business with a company that practices such deception again.
