DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
On 6/28/2010 I purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator from Home Everything (HE) Your Life, Your Style, Your Home. Now I regret trying to save a little money from purchasing them online with HE. Before and AFTER my purchase, I had clue as to when my appliances would be delivered. Not even a estimation woul be given to me by customer service. On the evening of July 13th I received a call by the delivery company AM Home Delivery. My appliances were to be deliverd the next day on July 14th. I explained that I had an urgent doctors appointment, so they agreed to then make me the first delivery at 9:00 a.m. So, I empty my freezer/refrigerator into coolers right before 9:00 a.m. and no show. So at 10:30 I call the delivery company to be told that they were stuck in traffic. I then explained that I had to leave in one hour. One hour comes and still no truck. I called and was told that we could then reschedule to 3:00. I get back and 3:00 comes and goes, no truck until 6:00 p.m. They roll in my appliances, by the way they charge $50.00 each appliance from truck to your door and call it FREE delivery! They actually ask me were to put it, my response of course was in the place of the old refrigerator and in the place of the old dishwasher. They said that the invoice did not show that they were to install the appliances! I paid $174.99 for the dishwasher to be installed and $109.99 for the refrigerator to be installed. I pulled up my payment reciept and showed them. The response was, "we don't have that information so we can't install" So, they rolled them into the kitchen and left! I called Home Everything and they were closed! I called the delivery service and they were closed! Now what? I bet anything that I have a problem getting a credit on the installation! It took forever to get my appliances in the first place and now they sit in my kitchen. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
