Home Expo in Alpharetta, GA has the worst customer service department & lazy employees with bad attitudes, of course you have to search for an employee to help you first. I looked for a large cart to pick up a bench since I could not find anyone after walking around the store twice, & I was pointed to a BUGGY by the wonderful employee at the front desk who was having a person call on her cellphone. Finally get the bench that was on sale, had to wait while the cashier called to confirm, call again, had to walk back to the department to prove the bench was on sale and when we finally got there the other employees took the SALE TAG off the bench. She handed it to another employee - where were all these people earlier - & I asked her to show me what she was holding! How sneaky! I was told the sale was over two days ealier they just forgot to take the tags off, I said you would have to walk out on the floor to do that job. I did insist on getting the sale price, of course the lazy customer service makes you wait & wait while she rings it up then they leave YOU to carry it to your car. And don't get me started on the morons that work in appliances, they know absolutely nothing!
