We had a bathroom remodel done with them, and they convinced us to let them do the contracting work and project management, as they said it would save us a lot of hassle. Though they set us up with a great contractor, their project managment was terrible. The manager of the all the project designers/managers took over for us, a woman named Cheryl Wyche. She is awful. She could not keep track of anything going in our remodel. A few examples:
- our counter top installer nailed the particle board support into our brand-new dishwasher. it took 4 months for them to replace it!
- she couldn't keep track of where our products were and when they would be coming so our contractors could work. we had to go to her office personally to demand to know where these things were.
-after 6 months, a final walk-through still hasn't been done, which means our contractors lost out on the last 10% of their fee.

EXPO reams you on labor and they don't care about you once they get your money! buy their products on-line from other sites for cheaper and tax-free and get a good contractor and you'll be much happier! (if you need cabinets it may be smarter to go to home depot, where ironically they're much more aware of what's going on with your order. perhaps you have to be clinically retarded to be a project manager with expo. stay away!)
