I have appempted to cancel this membership but no one ever answers. They have taken money out of my account twice. Both times more than they originally asked for. I want my money back.

they did me the same way only they took 1 payment out and i .have called them 3 times already and each time as i get closer to talk to someone the call drops?!?!?!?! i'm getting really pissed off! so what did u do about the money that they took?

My husband signed up for this and and i found out it was a fraud. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card so no new charges will be billed under this card #. Was told by the bank after payments post, call them and they will put in a dispute. Let the bank know this is a fraud and telephone # is not valid. If anyone has anymore info on how to get monies back, let me know. Thank you.

I did the same thing 7 days ago and have never been able to acess my information and even worse I found the link on MSNBC thats why I thought it was legitimate. I contacted them repeatedly never being able to speak to anyone in the customer service department. My fault for thinking that it possibly could happen for me. So much for this 79.99 being taken out of my husbands account because that is a small nugget in comparrison to what they will reap from messing with me!

Same thing happening here. Ask them what IP address did the authorization of this come from. I was given one to a Jorge Cruz, which isn't us or near us.

We just went through this too. Monday my husband seen the charge on his bank statement, he called the company and stay on hold forever but he did get through, he told them he cancelled this program within 10 minutes of receiving it, when he found what the additional charges were. Even with the cancellation code he got the run around. We called our bank they said we needed to wait until the charges went through then we could file a claim. Then today with the bank, the one 800# bank operator wouldn't help us. So I got really mad and i called our branch bank and spoke to the manager, then my husband got on the phone and explained again now she help get our money back plus cancelled our card. I'm surprised msnbc would sponsor companies that were not investigated thoroughly. But you can add any link to a web site, to make people think your legit.

This company took 79-99 out of our account and can not get anyone on phone .Cancelled our card and turning them over to better business.Turning them over for fraud.

The company is a BIG FAT SCAM! They withdrawn money from my accout as well. I was able to get intouch with their customer service, but they are useless. I was able to make contact at these numbers: 877-669-2971 and 888-890-8509. Good Luck...they don't have any intentions on refunding the money. If enough people complain we can get some results.

Per a web search Fast Net Learning is a LLC located in Las Vegas, NV. Per WhoIs.com the Website is registered to Chris Reinhart at 11136 Ferragamo Ct., Las Vegas, NV 89141, @ 18776692971. A search of the State of Nevada Business Entities shows that this LLC was registered on 3/11/2010 and is owned by Company Management Services, Inc., located at 2510 E. Sunset Road #5, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The Ferragamo Ct address appears to be a nice house per Google Earth. Also per Google Earth, the Sunset Road address appears to be in an office complex or industrial park. Per the State of Nevada the Company Management Services, Inc. has a managing member by the name of Ben Blaber. It is listed as an "Agent Type" of "Noncommercial Registered Agent". A check of whitepages.com does not list either Chris Reinhart or Ben Blader in Las Vegas, NV. You have the option to file a complaint with the State of Nevada at www.nvsos.gov and/or the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. The exact same thing happened to me! I'm so pissed about it. I'm a poor college student who didnt have the money in the first place. Now they took 79.99 out of my account and now im in the hole... wow now im getting fee's up the ass. I never thought this would happen to me, and now that it has I'm rather upset. How do I get my money back???? They've been calling my non stop and so maybe they'll call soon and I can yell at them and get the refund, if not I'm going into the bank.

Their email is [email protected] which is a merchant known as Dotcom Internet Marketing at phone number +44 14803045449. Notice the "+44" ... which is a country code for Isle of Man which is a tiny island located between Ireland and England.

What a bunch of crooks &%*&!!! What has this world come too. This same scam happened to me but luckily I put the initial charges to my credit card. Ten minutes after signing on to this program I called my credit card company and told them of these Fraudulant charges and have blocked that card to have new ones sent to me.

I can't beleive there are such scum scam Companies, that will prey on some of the most needy people trying to find work. I fell for the 2.99 advertized price, only to find out that not only was my account charged that amount but the 79.99 as well. These are heartless people that only want your money, and care nothing about your situation. I finally was able to talk to someone, after chasing, and then getting the correct phone number, then calling many many times. I also had to hold on for what seemed like forever. I was told that the system was not set up to refund my money, and it would do no good to speak to anyone else about it. So I went to my bank to talk to them. They told me I could dispute the charges, and I canceled my card to prevent my account from being charged anymore in the future. At this point I don't know whether I will be getting my money back or not. What a shame...but I can assure this is a hard taught lesson...I will be doing thing different in the future, as far as the internet is concerned. Also the bank Mrg knew the name of the Co. before I told her, she gave me their name, and said I was the second one in there today, & their situation was exactly the same as mine...

just went through the same thing only the number i called was 1-888-890-8509. i was told the 79.99 is non-refundable because i didn't cancel within 7 days and per the terms and conditions they WON'T refund anything. contacted my bank and they are working with the FTC in Oklahoma to get this worked out. i went for 2.95 on 6-14 and on day 6 ( 6-20) they charged the 79.99. this is wrong, i don't know how these people sleep at night.

The same thing just happened to me these people are crooks and they need to be put out of business they can't be doing this to people who are hard working and could bearly make ends meet, we need to report them to the BBB and get the Attorney General to look into this, we need to do some thing here people, not just talk.
