worst
I will give this company the lowest grade there has ever been. Mr Morris (the officer of whom I worked with) NEVER returned phone calls/emails. I have him all information upfront and sent all paperwork in before he asked for it. He has been and this company has been the worst to work with. I would not want anyone to have to go through what I did. Time spent and time wasted for a bunch of nothing. I have been waiting over two weeks for a call back from MR Morris (this time around) let me say this has been a common theme. When I have spoken with him he doesn’t know what he is doing. I feel he could use a lesson in the fine art of listening. I have not heard a thing from him regardless of me calling everyday and email once a day. It is hard for me to understand how someone like myself who has a TON of knowledge with home loans (I have been an loan officer) why someone does not have the professionalism to return phone calls or emails. Let it be known I started this the end of October and I am at the same place I was when I first called. I have all documentation of my emails sent and the two he sent back time and date stamps. I will show anyone and everyone the WHY NOT to go with embrace home loans. Furthermore, I had sent everything he asked for the same day he asked for it, and sent paperwork over before he asked for it because I knew he would need it such as LEO’s. I think this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel everyone will know that because of the time I am taking to write this email and others.
