i received a pamphlet in the mail about restructering loan modifications . both my wife and i are on ssd my wife has biplar, and suicidal tendancys and scoliosis osteoperosis she is in real bad shape, i was shot in head, i dont think right sometimes, i`m parcially paralyzed on left side . we are currently working with a loan rep from bac .So i called no. on pamphlet they said they could get my loan mod. sooner then the bank would, so not thinking they told me the bank would want 895 dollars for to pay to set up to care of taxes and ins. it was a bam bam deal i was to send a voided check, i was disorienated cause they told me i was approved for loan under HAMP and my first payment would be in july.next morning $895 was taken out of my account, so right a way i called bac and i asked the lady to call 1-561-939-7721 to find out whats going on, so she called and she told me that it was software for modification. I GOT SCAMED i didnt read the documents that i signed. before i sent them until bac told me what the co did, i want my money back, im already in a modification just waiting to hear from them i`m 7 months behind so i think our situation. and it doesnt say anything about software on pamphlet or i wouldn`t of called. I tryed to attach a PDF paperwork that i scaned to my pc, but wouldnt send.i can email it .
