We signed a REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT with this company by Mike/Eddie Hasset (account manager). We paid them $1557 a month as rent and them our landlord. paid for 2 months ($3114) then we got a document from E.T.S. that our property will be sold at Trustee sale November 10, 2010 (sale date). We called Patrick Christina (case manager, underwriting department) about this matter and was referred to Shawn and was assured we will never lose our house for they have a number of programs that can help us. Come November 9, @ 5:30 pm and we were told that they failed and GMAC needs more time. Shawn told us to go to court and file FAKE bancruptcy to stop Trustee Sale and we refused to do that. Luckily, GMAC extended the sale to December 10, 2010. This time Scott Hanau (Vice President, not sure) was the one helping us. Very Nice guy and He was prompt in calling you back. He gave us Candace to process our papers and then Colten. Again, by December 9, 5:30 pm, we got a call from I.F.I. saying they failed again this time by a manager named Kevin Williams. Kevin told us that if we want to keep our house WE NEED TO GO TO THE COURTS AND FILE "FAKE" BANCRUPTCY!!! He even told my wife that we are to blame for losing our house.( Kevin sounded and talk like a janitor more than a manager). We didn't go file "FAKE" bancruptcy for we don't feel right about it. Came December 10, 2010, my house was sold for $207, 000. I lost my house and my whole family were devastated for we were not expecting that. We called Scott Hanau same day and said He sent the request already for 100% refund ($3114.00) A.S.A.P. and we will get it 7-10 business days. It's already December 30 and we never heard from Scott Hanau again and never returned our call...and so as my refund. To add insult to injury, I got a letter from Mr. Monaco dated December 14, 2010 collecting my December payment of $1557 for rent of my house which was sold to the new owner December 10, 2010. I will not stop filing complaint against this company to any channels under the sun to collect my money. I lost my house already, should I lost $3, 114 more? Where's justice here? This is highway robbery to the lowest form of distressed home owners.
I encourage other victims to come out and file complaints too. We can file class action against this people. Hello F.B.i.!
