I RENTED A HOME FROM HOMEBASE REALTY 988 PARKWAY AVE . WHEN I MOVED OUT AND I ASK FOR MY SCURITY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY ONLY GAVE ME SOME OF THE MONEY BACK. THEY SENT ME PAPER WORK ON THE HOME THAT NEEDED REPAIR, BUT NOT A DETAIL ACCOUNT . WELL MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THEY BILLED ME FOR A STOVE, FRIG, AND EXTERMINATED, THEY ALSO SAID I BROKE THE LEASE . I DIDN T, THEY NEVER SENT ME ONE FOR 2 YEARS I was inform by a man who came to serve paper on the house that house was in froclosure and the landlord wasent paying, where in the world was my money paying for, I celled and called but till this day no one has called back .wear tear of house was not even consider.paint every 3yeas never done, doors that have been their when the house was built. light bulbs, batteries . I have called them repeat ly over the time i rented the house that things need repair but nothing got doen until i moved out, i eas told by brenda mc neal that if she could not get the money from the landlord she could not fix anything hum . she is the one i gave my security deposit to and my rent

I have been working for the past two months with BB&T case # C-201101190347. The bank is not helping me at all their fraud department is 1-866-802-4955. The only thing they do is they call the bank that the check was cashed at and ask them would they return the funds and thats all they do. They will not work with me at all. Im a disabled veteran and a senior citizen, and i need help resolving this matter because they have taken out over 3400 dollars, and the bank keeps charging me overdraft fees. to this date it adds u to $490.00. i need all the help i can get cause i am on a fixed income. thank you for your time in this matter. mr.young
