I get the BSNL broad band connection last month. My plan is Home3300. i am getting 30 to 60 KBPS speed only. 195 plan is enough for this speed. You offered 2MBPS speed for this plan. thats why i selected this plan.

i have given complaints 10 to 15 times till now. but no response. You collect the bill for monthly, but without service how can we pay the amount. Please tell me a solution for this.

Don't know about going through all this drama to complain about a rude employee but, ok.
I called to order a pizza as have done before and was put on hold. When she came back she said yea what? I was a bit confused and said I wanted an order and she sounded irritated and said hold please. She came back on the line and said what do you want? at that point I said apparently not a pizza and hung up.
I have called this location before and have been very happy but, this person was rude and unapproachable and should never be in contact with the public. I will never contact them for an order again as I was made to feel like I was bothering them with a call let alone an order. Texas roadhouse will get my business tonight.

Two Afro American women; one in her 40's, and a teenager came to my door selling the Alliance Reader Service magazines which were, as their story goes, benefitting young teenagers to make it through school. I bought a two year magazine subscription for $30.00 and, of course, never recieved the magazines. She was very pushy to try to sell more, and calculated the wrong amount, a higher price than listed, and when I decided to cancel the check, it had already been cashed. Lots of fraud indeed. The phone number of the company has been disconnected without any forwarding number or location. I learned my lesson, never purchase anything at the door unless you know the person well, and know where they live.

I've tryed to cancel my acct. for the last 12 hours and haven't had any results what so ever. I'm putting on notice once more again I Burfot Forte' do wish to have this acct. any more.My address is as followed.
