This company is a scam! I called and talked to them about a loan modification to assist me in a time of hard ship. I had to pay them $1200 which was equal one house payment. I filled out the contract and they told me from here on out they would contact Bank of America for me and that I should not have to talk to them concerning the mortgage but if I did not to discuss the financial information with them. I called every week to get a status update. Most times there was nothing new to report and they were still waiting on one thing or another. They requested new documents 3 or 4 times. But finally called me on March 2 and said the bank denied my modification because it was a VA home loan and they can't do modification s to VA home loans I was supposed to go thru the VA. Now My home facing sale on the court house steps if I couldn't pay the back $8000. That was the late fees and behind payments I owed. See they said they could only take my case if I was 2 months behind on my payment and then the loan modification would take the behind payments and add them back into the loan and finance it at a different interest rate. But that didn't happen. Erica called me at 330 on a Tuesday and said I had till 430 to pay $8000 or they could no longer stop the foreclosure. I had saved the payments and I had $6250 saved but I never planned for paying late fee and charges so I tried very very hard to get the remaining money together but I only had an hour and I just could not. the bank would not take my 6250 they wanted the full amount or nothing. I begged Bank of America. I was willing to do anything I could. But they said they didn't receive documents form Home Relief Now. and the ones they did receive were not filled out properly. If they would have been filled out properly they would have denied them from the beginning. home relief now had nothing to say to me except sorry. I trusted them, they reassured me they could help me time and time again. I just divorced and I had a 2 year old and a 5 year old and our house was foreclosed on. All because I got scammed. This company is horrible. I beg you please do not use this company.
