I had an unbelievably awful experience with Larry sanders' Kent based company Home Smart for a job concerning home renovation. I was initially given a really reasonable quote and had the guys on the job when they said they'd turn up. Then Larry started dropping hints about how this price was in actuality totally unfair on his side of the deal. I offered to compensate him a few more hundred which I thought was more than fair considering how he wAs responsible for making the quote in the first place, but unforeseen expenses and demands kept cropping up.

The home smart team seemed to grow tired of the job I had invested thousands at this point in, and started turning up late--or not at all---on days that were totally fine weather-wise for work. I found out later he was starting up with new clients, leaving my home in shambles and uncared for. Almost 2 months after the intended finishing date I got these folks out of my property, only to soon find out by the spring sunlight that the 'new' windows Larry had Installed in my kitchen were totally scratched up.

This transaction was just a nightmare and in addition to All of this, the guy was extremely disrespectful of my home and the cleanliness of my toilet. Totally gross. Do not hire!!!
