These folks prey on people that are having difficulty paying their mortgage, So what do thy do? They charge them an "UP Front Fee" of $595 to try to get it reduced with the H.A.M.P. Program ( which they know nothing about).

Never has anybody ever dealing with them ever received the paperwork to send into their lender to "Qualify" for the program.
