I ordered 50.00+ dollars worth of items. I received an email on at 1:36pm on 3/5/09 from [email protected] acknowleding my order stating that, "You may check your order status by writing to:[email protected]" No where on this email is the name of a person or phone number to reach this company by. This email is followed by another email also at 1:36pm on 3/5/09 from [email protected] it appeared in my email as being from Terri Kocourek the subject field was "Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation." I waited until 3/17/09 at which time I placed a long distance call to 615-229-7141 and all I got was an answering machine. This really concerned me since they have my DEBIT CARD #. I immediately sent and email to [email protected]. On 3/18/09 I still had not gotten a response so I sent an email to info, shipping and [email protected] and told them they were to cancel my order. Finally at 1:10pm on 3/18/09 I recieved the following response, "
Hello, Your credit card was never charged, and the order has been cancelled! Thank you!If I can help you with anything else, please let me know! Customer Service - Sewing [email protected]
