Bought a property with ''home warrenty'' that assured us would cover a list of home issues...for our peace of mind for one yr. HA!

HWA denied our claim when we had to replace pipes to the shower and sink inour property. The home was older-- and thats why the warrenty was purchased... well when needed THEY DENIED coverage.

pipes were not clogged due to hair or muck... plumber couldnt open the drain with his over 2 hours of trying. (snake thing, and plunging-)

HWA has been sending us RENEW NOW!! protect your investment... no.. HWA is a worthless entity!

HWA should be HAVE WORTHLESS Agreement! As they will NOT cover the valid repair work when it is needed.

we paid over 500.oo due to this failure of this properties plumbing.
