Avoid this company at all cost
I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but the service at this company is so bad, I feel compelled to communicate my experience to all potential victims of this company. I bought an item which took almost 4 weeks to arrive. That is not my complaint. When I went to return the item, my journey to hell began. First, to return an item they state that you must first get what they call a RJA number. It took over 3 weeks for them to respond to my request for said number. After finally receiving the number, I packaged the item, bought the postage and shipped it back to them. That was over 2 months ago! It took me several attemps to get a live person on the phone. When I explained my delimma, he said to hold on. While I was on hold, the guy transferred my to a recording telling me to leave my name and number and that someone would be calling me back. You have got to be kidding me! After several more attemps, I got ahold of another live person and immediately told him not to put me on hold. I had to explain the situation to him twice before he said I had to call customer service. Yikes! I told him I wanted to speak with someone live who could simply look up my account and give me a status. Guess what? He forwarded me to the voice mail again. At that point, I was willing to donate my money to the company to not have to continue with the frustration. At a certain point, it's just not worth getting high blood pressure over it. In the past 3 weeks, I have left several phone messages and sent several emails simply requesting that they give me a status on the return. As of today, NOTHING!! Wow, how do they stay in business! Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company at all cost. It is the "swine flu" of online businesses.

Absolutely worst online retailer I have ever had to deal with
Absolutely the worst online retailer I have ever had to deal with. the only one that answers a phone there is sales, if you need customer service you are out of luck and they do not respond to emails so give up. Make sure you charge top credit card so you can cancel order.

Avoid this company
Contacting this company is virtually impossible as they do not respond to emails and their phone number is rarely accessible. I did not receive my order during the time frame promised. When I was finally able to speak to a "real person" 5 weeks after my order was placed, I was informed that the items were back ordered and would not ship for another 2-3 weeks. I cancelled my order and was promised a refund, via a credit to my mastercard. The credit was never posted.

By contacting my credit card company I have now received a credit for my purchase, despite the fact that the order was ten weeks prior to my request. I highly recommend you avoid using their services.

worst service ever
I have two ongoing disputes with HomeAnnex.com. They shipped a product I cancelled after I was told it had to be backordered and wouldn't be available for a few weeks. On top of that, the product that arrived was defective! I tried to contact their customer service countless times through phone calls and emails, but almost no one picks up the phone nor returns an email. Naturally, the issue hasn't been resolved for more than 6 months. Another dispute is for a backordered product: everytime I called for an inquiry, I was told that the item would be shipped in a few days - I set the order back in Feb, now it's June! I've never had such a bad service from anyone.

STEER CLEAR: HomeAnnex is terrible
They took my money, and there is no sign of the product for 3 weeks now. Customer service does not respond to repeated emails. I called the sales number and they tell me that they have no information on orders, OR they hang up on me. Now the toll-free number on their website is DISCONNECTED. I am immediately calling my credit card and disputing the charges. I truly believe that HomeAnnex.com is taking money with no intention of fulfilling orders.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Home Annex.com is as bad as all the previous people have posted. Placed an order and haven't received it for over a month and yet my credit card statement shows they charged my account. They have poor customer service, or should I say non-exsistent customer service. Emails take several days to get a response, if any. There are bsolete phone numbers listed on the website. When you are able to reach them all you get is the same recorded message for every option you choose. The message tells you to contact them via email (which generally goes unanswered) or to check your order status online. Online order tracking amounts to telling you the date that you ordered and that you paid. Yes, they charge your credit card before even shipping the merchandise!!!
I emailed several times asking where my order was before someone finally responded by saying that my order would be shipped in 48 hours and take a week to arrive. The week has past and still no shipment.
I called. After getting the run around with dead end recordings, the only way I reached a real person was by choosing the SALES option on their phone menu.
The real person then can't tell you if the manufacturer has shipped your order and is "unable to reach them by phone right now" to check on the order. They promise to check and get back to you and then never do so. I called again using the SALES option to reach someone and got the same answer. They never called me back.
I finally called again. I asked again about my order status and when they gave the same answer that they would need to call the warehouse from where it was to be shipped and get back to me I demanded to be given the name and phone number of the warehouse. They told me the name but would not give the phone number. I insisted they give it to me so I could call to check on the order myself. I was told that a manager needed to be contacted before giving the number.
When they came back the story was that it wasn't the warehouse but the manufacturer Amerock who was causing the delay.
I then told them to cancel my order. I asked if there were anymore charges and told them I wouldn't pay any restocking fees.
They told me, "no, no restocking fee since I hadn't received the merchandise." I asked again and they said, "no, there will be no more fees of any kind to cancel your order."
I'm still waiting to see the credit to my charge account.

Failure to deliver as promised
STAY AWAY FROM HOMEANNEX.COM/DECOR66.COM. I purchased a shower faucet. To make a super long story short: (1) the salesperson, Mike (X252), lied about the delivery time, he said three days it still has not arrived over 15 days later (ii) I left Mike three very polite messages inquiring into the status of the order, he has yet to return a phone call (iii)there is no customer service, they put you on hold for 30 minutes before you can even talk to anyone. Once customer service hung up on me after 45 minutes and the other time the person was absolutely useless and kept telling me it will take ten (10) days (iii) don't try to emailing anything to them because my inquiry was rejected as undeliverable on multiple occasions (iv) finally in all frustration, I called the faucet manufacturer who said that homeannex.com is not an authorized dealer (for obvious reasons) and that my order had not even been placed.

The few bucks you may save is not worth the frustration
