Unauthorised continuous deductions
I just looked at my online banking balance, they deducted 5 x 5.99. Each time I tried to enter my details a paragraph in red would flash saying, I had not entered the right area & cannot process the payment! I am outside of Canada/USA! So it most definitely is the right key that I entered. Then the message says, because of the wrong area that I pressed the payment cannot be deducted. Ok so I tried again, had I entered my Visa number correctly? no2, had I entered the special code correctly no3, had I entered, the area properly no4 & finally agitated, I took a long look at the final entry YES every detail is as is - a final no5. I'm obviously flamin' frustrated by this stage..Still to no avail, so I sent a reply message through the contact section, saying well I would sign up but you wont accept payment. So another point was the adv said 2.99. On other sights it usually says 2.99usd, theirs did'nt (that I can figure out). I believe it is totally unjustified for the application to state that payment cannot be accepted & then to discover at each attempt - they were in fact blatantly removing funds at each hit WHEN only a one time payment to join, was necessary. My complaint, is that I ONLY wanted to pay ONCE, & was shown on the website, that I was unsuccessful each & everytime - the system said it was unable to process payment. Therefore, I would prefer a return of the balance directly back into my account asap. As I have done online surveys for over a year, go figure this one would be any different? Obviously its a small sum, but it's most definitely almost all about the integrity of the company, & it's just downright unethical. I'm hoping their system will realise that seeing my name 5 times is excessive, & bounce my $ back into my VISA? ..Thankyou
