Sent through a wrong order
In October last year i ordered a Comforter set from Homechoice, and in Feb this year received a blue duvet set, the wrong order from them.They had the audacity to still enclose a letter, stating that the item i ordered was out of stock, so they decided to send me a 'CAREFULLY CHOSEN ALTERNATIVE' ( In a different colour) Nobody phoned or emailed me to inform me that the stock was no longer available or to ask if i would accept an alternative. Now i have to return the parcel back to Homechoice at 'My Expense'. I have come accross other complaints about homechoice, in this regard, and it seems to me that this is an ongoing 'DIRTY MARKETING STRATEGY' practised by Homechoice.They Address me as Mrs Govender, even after updating my details last year.I want to be credited with immediate effect, taken off their database as a customer and want nothing to do with this company.

HomeChoice is still taking money out of my installments as bank charges
HomeChoice is still taking money out of my installments as bank charges. I di direct payment from my account to their account (no middle man) but each time they deduct R7.40. This is nonsense. Two weeks back, i spoke to one of their consultants (Oscar) and he said they will refund all the deductions and pay them back into my account. This has not been done. On the 2nd of October, I paid R300 instead of R296 which is my installment but they took R7.40 and only recepted R292-60. I find this discgusting and equivalent to fraudtheft (white collar). Last time I discussed the matter with them, they sent me a little umbrella which is not even tehsame amount that they have been *** from my instalments. They say ' do not look a gift horse in the mouth' but that was an insult. i do not want them to buy me with anything, but to pay into my account the amount I pay into their account. Maybe i must post my complaint against FNB if they are geniunely taking money from my instalments. How are they involved when the money goes directly from my account to HomeChoice. This time i am going to alert everyone i know and all the 'would have been' customers. Where are these peoples' ethics????
