Promised to send out gifts for trying service. Fees charged to my account. Now am being told that I have to fill out a form to get the promised service. They both have one number to cancel service, but had to ask specifically to end charges for both. Neither plan has provided me with any packets containing promised savings programs. Unable to access any benefit during free trial period.
