My complaint is exactly the same as the one on the front page. I want my money back and it is nearly impossible to contact them by e-mail. I ordered a free sample of the product for $4.95 shipping and was charged $149.95, without notice or confirmation for the next shipment. I have not been able to contact them. I am going to instruct my bank not to honor further charges. But this needs to be stopped.

I ordered a 'free' sample for a weight loss product and agreed to a shipping charge of $4.95. Received the sample of the product with 15 tablets of Hoodiaphen. Same day I received the sample my bank card was charged $149.95 by HOMERUN MEDIA LLC. Called the number included with the charge information and got into an endless loop. Found a number for PE Labs (1-888-527-0870 ) and spoke with a woman who rather sarcastically pointed out that if I had read the terms and conditions of the deal I signed up for I would have known that I would be charged $149.95 per month until canceled. Moreover, if I wanted to cancel without getting more product from them, there would be a cancellation fee of $49.95 and that my account would be credited with $100.00. I was required to send an email authorizing and agreeing to the cancellation fee in order to receive the $100 credit. I told the woman I spoke with that I believed this marketing scheme to be deceptive and dishonest and wanted a full refund. She told me that it would not be possible to vary from the terms and conditions I agreed to when requesting the 'free' sample. I also spoke with a man that said I would be brought up on charges if I continue with my quest for satisfaction.
