I am beyond dissatisfied
The first was a discount on kids books for slimyworm. My kids looked on line and the site was so limited that we are still trying to figure a way to use the money since I paid for it.
We were also planning a summer trip. A deal came across that stated you can go to travelocity and get $50 off a hotel room for $100. I purchased the deal. When i went out to travelocity to fill in my destination and dates, I found a hotel. I put in the coupon information in the appropriate field and the site did not recognize the code. Then I went back to read the coupon and went to another site-travelocityincentives.com. I tried to enter my destination and there is no return information which means I couldn't use the deal! We are a very budgeted family and this was the ONLY trip we were making this year so I wanted a refund. There is almost no contact information for them, but I sent an email requesting a refund, I was told there will be no refund. I'd even decided maybe my husband and I can book a room in our city for our anniversary, went to the site and again, the search returned blanks. I am beyond dissatisfied.

I used home run for the first time on the deal for prized pearls and my order was short and now home run or prized pearls will not return my emails or my calls to compete my order of over $100.00 I spent...I will nver give them my business again, it has been 2 months and no response from either party, sad too, because I am a big on line shopper, not happy at all... bad first impression...

Spaming my contacts. An offer of a gift bottle of wine
I was sent an e-mail from a friend for a "gift bottle of wine from a local company" but it turned out to be a scam and now my friends and contacts are getting spammed with that same "offer".

Worst customer service. worst merchants. cheap services. I called their customer service # million times, no one answering the phone, they never called me back, theres no answer to my emails at all.

They offer free gift from a friend, then steal your email address book
An email from homerun.com saying a friend had sent me "a Chocolate Truffles (sic) from Schakolad Chocolate Factory, " with a button to click to redeem the gift. Then it asked for my email address and password. I assumed it would lead to a redeemable coupon... instead it was a tricky window inviting me to send a similar offer to my own friends. Something like FaceBook's attempt to get all one's email contacts. When I tried to back off and NOT select any addresses, it captured them all anyway, and sent the same fake gift offer and spam message to everyone in my email address book. Needless to say, no free truffles -- but what is bad is the spam to all my innocent friends who may foolishly perpetuate the scam. Homerun.com changes products and merchants regularly, I understand; previously it was an obscure brand of coffee.

The deal was a complete scam - no free movie
I received an e-mail from a theater friend purportedly giving me a free movie. When I went to the homerun site, it immediately grabbed all my Outlook contacts and sent out a mass mailing!! Further, the deal was a complete scam - no free movie.

They never delivered and never responded to requests for refund
I ordered one of their offerings and paid $10.95. They never delivered and never responded to requests for refund. RIpoff site. Avoid it!
