We booked this hotel through Priceline.
We checked in Feb.1. Our room was
filthy, dirty sink, shower fixture
and tub, floor, stingy on towels and
pillows. There was a loud continuous banging noise behind the wall.
Jessica at the front desk refused to
move us to another room, or contact
the manager. She just told us we
could fill out a comment card and
mail it to the corporate office.
The hotels' "customer service"
number refused to help us also.
No one gave a hoot that we were
unable to sleep in that filthy,
noisy room. We complained to the
hotel and Priceline with no
results. We will not stay at this
place again. If you want to be
treated like dirt, you can stay
at Homestead Suites (joke) in
Cypress. We checked into Quality Inn
across the street and had a nice,
clean quiet room.
