I was contacted by Homestead on 11/11/10. I had started a website but had never gotten it up. They offered to get it up and running. I had some misgivings about the price ($608.99) but I was told I would not be charged until one of their techs called on 12/4/10. If at that time I had not cancelled, I would be charged $35.00. On 11/12 I called to cancel, but was told to hold the appointment open so i would not have to be put back on. A long story made short, I was charged the $608.00 on 11/11, the same day as the original call!!! Forget the $35.00. I have been told three different times that I am due a refund, but so far we are four months down the road and no refund. These folks are liars and not to be trusted with anything, much less a website!!!

Hi my name is Scott Owens and i set up a website for my local football team, with my brother and thought that the service Homestead Tech were completely free, obviously due to FALSE advertising, and have now been charged 17.99 Pound Sterling onto my account, which hasn't got any money in anyway, therefore meaning that i have been charged overdraft as well, even though i do not have an overdraft on my account. So in all i have been charged around 52.00 pounds sterling for a website i didn't know i had to pay for after the trail finishes, and even so, why should they take money after a 30 day trial and if they were to, they should let the customer KNOW as in email when the time approaches at least so they know if they will be charged due to false advertising.　i am completely and utterly astonished at the lack of contact as well for this supposed legitimate company. What legitimate company doesn't have an email address???? The only way i can contact them is by phone and living in the UK i dont think i will want to phone them and be put on hold for an hour across the world, as it will cost me even more money that hasn't been properly authorized and accounted for.

Is there any way possible that i can have a contact email address for this stupid company and even a way to get my money back otherwise they will keep charging this website when it said it was free.

This company is a load of con artists and fraudsters, should be put in jail.
