failed to provided tech. when service was order, failed to send gift card approval application caotract, and refused to cacel or terminate my contract per request and refused to refund any of my payment. payment was made direct from my bank account. I also send statement to the New York "Better Business Buerau regarding this probelm this happen back in "2007" I had no ideal this company will get site. i am so glade . "Thank the Lord ."
